In diesem Seminar 2.2 geht es um Projektverträge auf Basis das Dienstvertragsrechts. Wir erläutern, welche Dinge an ausdrückliche nicht tun sollte, um icht doch unbewusst einen Werkvertrag abzuschließen. Wir geben Tipps für die Kommunikation und das Vertragsmanagement mit dem Kunden im Projekt. Zudem gehen wir auf die Besonderheiten der Kollaboration, insbesondere in Sachen Lizenzrecht, ein. Abschließend gibt es Erläuterungen zu den Themen GU-Subverträge, gesetzlichen Besonderheiten der Scheinselbstständigkeit und des AÜG.
