Inge Seher is a partner in the law firm Kramer & Partner Rechtsanwälte. She is a specialist in intellectual property law and a certified data protection officer (TÜV). At Kramer & Partner, she is your contact for questions concerning data protection law/compliance, IT contract law, e-commerce, Internet law, trademark law, copyright law and competition law. She advises companies on product launches and all trademark and competition law issues related to the introduction of marketing methods and concepts. Ms. Seher also advises clients in the IT, Internet and e-commerce sector on contract negotiations, licensing agreements and data protection compliance issues. She represents clients before the courts nationwide. As a data protection officer, she also works for companies in the craft and IT sectors.
Studied law in Bonn with a focus on commercial and corporate law. Legal clerkship in Bonn and Cologne. Since April 2017 specialist attorney for intellectual property law. Also in 2017, certification as data protection officer at the TÜV Nord Academy in Hamburg.
