Stefan G. Kramer is a partner in the law firm Kramer & Partner Rechtsanwälte. He has been admitted to the bar since 1996 and has specialized in the field of IT law since 1998. Stefan Kramer is a specialist attorney for IT law and a specialist attorney for intellectual property law, which includes software licensing law. His focus is on drafting standard and individual contracts for the software and hardware industry, providing contractual advice and conducting contentious proceedings. In doing so, he assists numerous medium-sized and larger companies in contractual matters on a national and international level.
