Seit 2005 ist Dr. Gerd Grimberger zudem in rechtsnahen Bereichen als Sachverständiger tätig. Er wurde 2017 als Rechtskundiger nach
§ 10 RDG am OLG Frankfurt registriert und ist bereits seit mehreren Jahren auf den Bereich des „Digital Business“ spezialisiert.

He focuses on drafting sourcing contracts for various industries, contract negotiations, and related IT regulatory law or governance.

Dr. Gerd Grimberger supports selected medium-sized and larger companies
on a national and international level.
He is a certified TÜV trainer for ISO/IEC 20000 (IT service management) as well as ISO/IEC 27001 ff. (IT security management) and has been offering practice-oriented training in the area of information security, data protection and IT service management since 2005.
