We are a small law firm (3 partners) specialized in IT law, located in Hamburg. Our focus is on the areas (software/ outsourcing/ data protection/ general terms and conditions/ drafting of contracts/ eCommerce/ platforms) in which we have been active nationwide for over 20 years
In our opinion, the market of law firms is changing. The attractiveness of a law firm for employees, as well as for clients, is often determined by the size of the firm or by a specialization.
We have been following the path of specialization for many years now.
Due to the enormous and constantly growing number of mandates, we are urgently looking for colleagues. We are looking for active support from young as well as experienced colleagues from the "business law", preferably with a focus on IT law, corporate law, public procurement law and financing, for whom a cooperation with such an IT law boutique would be interesting.
