This module 3.1 deals with topics around the distribution of software via the contract form of leasing (OnPrem). The two basic models for distribution (rental or sale / software maintenance) are briefly compared. In addition, it deals with the phases up to the conclusion of the contracts, as well as performance promises, warranty and liability. We also talk about "license agreements", EULA, software update obligations, support, SLA, as well as the two special forms of distribution (1. distribution via the platform 2. partner agreements).
We will present the latest developments in practice and show you the innovations in the relevant case law and legislation through many example cases.

Interaction: The moderator allows immediate or intermittent questions directly or from the chat, which are then presented and answered in the webinar. We take a 5 minute break every 50 minutes.
