This module 2.2 deals with project contracts based on service contract law. We explain which things you should explicitly not do in order to avoid unknowingly concluding a contract for work and services. We give tips for communication and contract management with the customer in the project. In addition, we go into the specifics of collaboration, especially in terms of licensing law. Finally, there are explanations on the topics of general contractor subcontracts, legal peculiarities of bogus self-employment and the AÜG.
We will present the latest developments in practice and show you the innovations in the relevant case law and legislation through many example cases.
