Contents

The Module 4 webinars are designed for companies whose focus is on the "cloud", or who want to get there. Divided into two blocks:

The first corresponds to Module 1, but is adapted to the specifics of the "cloud". We deal intensively with the topics of warranty and change of performance.

The second block deals intensively with the typical contracts in the cloud, SLA and the content of service certificates, i.e. SaaS / rental of technical systems / hosting / IaaS / provision of web content / projects in the cloud / managed service and support. Different SLAs are discussed and how bills of services need to be structured in terms of contract types. And on the side we talk about the (inevitable) topic of data protection.
